LINCOLN — A retired school district administrator from eastern Nebraska is running for the Legislature.
Roy Baker of Lincoln announced Monday that he will seek the seat held by State Sen. Norm Wallman of Cortland. Wallman is ineligible for re-election in 2014 because of term limits.
