Responders spring into action

First Responders Action Day at the Omaha Public Safety Training Center was free to the public and featured continuous demonstrations by police and firefighters.
Among them: a drunk driving simulator, bomb-handling robot, horse patrol, firefighter gear, a hazmat truck and Jaws of Life. There also were games, food, a coloring contest, and a photo station with police officers and firefighters.
