Keystone XL pipeline arguments focus on Canada's stance on emissions

WASHINGTON — House Republicans will huddle next week to discuss strategy for pushing the Obama administration to get moving on the Keystone XL pipeline, Rep. Lee Terry said Friday.
“There's no reason to delay,” the Omaha Republican told The World-Herald. “All the information is there.”
