LINCOLN — The push for state income tax cuts appears to be over for 2014, though lawmakers advanced two less-ambitious tax break proposals Tuesday.
For the second time in a week, the income tax bill wasn't even listed on the agenda of tax proposals to be discussed by the Legislature's Revenue Committee.
