A 19-year-old Omaha man told police he was wounded by gunfire early Sunday while leaving a house party.
Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman, said Dequan Jenning went to Immanuel Medical Center by private vehicle about 2:30 a.m. with an injury that was not thought to be life threatening. Pecha said the victim and witnesses provided conflicting accounts of the incident.
