Plattsmouth man gets jail for possessing stolen money

PLATTSMOUTH, Neb. — A 21-year-old unemployed man was sentenced Monday in Cass County District Court to four to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing more than $9,000 taken from a credit union.
Caleb M. Searcy of Plattsmouth will be eligible for parole after two years and must be released after four. Judge Randall L. Rehmeier credited Searcy with 114 days served in the Cass County Jail.
