Douglas County election officials are predicting that about 35 percent of registered voters will turn out to cast their ballots for city and school board races on Tuesday.
Election Commissioner Dave Phipps said Thursday that voters should be out in greater numbers than in last month's primary, when voter turnout was 22.3 percent.
