The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a 28-year-old Wisconsin man and seized almost 18 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop Wednesday on Interstate 80 near the Lincoln Airport exit.

The patrol said a trooper stopped Nicholas Pacocha of Cedarburg, Wis., who was eastbound in a 2010 Ford F-150 pickup truck with an extended cab, for speeding around 11 a.m. The patrol said Pacocha, who was clocked at 80 mph in a 65 mph zone, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Pacocha was alone in the truck.
