Property owners in the Omaha school district will keep a few extra dollars under the 2013-14 school budget that was approved Wednesday night.

The tax levy will be about $1.20 per $100 of assessed valuation, down slightly from the 2012-13 budget. That includes a Learning Community common levy of 95 cents assessed in the 11 participating metropolitan area districts.
