Davaughn Richard Lavell Perkins of Omaha was sentenced Wednesday to five years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute 28 grams of cocaine base, or crack cocaine.
After completing his sentence, Perkins, 24, will serve five years on supervised release, U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg's office said. He was also ordered to forfeit $472 to federal authorities.
