An Omaha man who was shot five times by police last fall wants Douglas County to pay his medical bills.
Police say Oliver Halverson was suicidal and carrying a knife Nov. 28 when his family called 911 asking for help with an involuntary commitment at a home near 124th and Burt Streets.
