LINCOLN — University of Nebraska President J.B. Milliken and the NU Board of Regents have put the brakes on a controversial plan to merge computer and electrical engineering programs now offered on the Lincoln and Omaha campuses.
The leaders say they want the two campuses to work together on a long-term plan.
