LINCOLN — Operators of the Cooper Nuclear Station in southeast Nebraska must tell federal regulators next week how they will address ongoing problems related to performance by plant employees.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, which oversees safety at the nation's nuclear power plants, will require representatives of the Nebraska Public Power District to answer questions at a three-hour meeting June 26 in Arlington, Texas. The meeting is open to the public.
