NORFOLK, Neb. — Five northeast Nebraska communities are on the right track in considering a multidistrict school merger, a consolidation consultant said.
But it remains to be seen whether there is enough support for Plainview, Creighton, Bloomfield, Osmond and Wausa to go through with the idea.
