LINCOLN — It didn't take long for a new sentencing law for juvenile killers to come before the Nebraska Supreme Court.
The high court heard oral arguments Wednesday in the case of Trevelle Taylor, who was 17 when he participated in the shooting of an Omaha man. Taylor is serving life in prison for first-degree murder.
