GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Between 30 and 40 languages are spoken in Grand Island, and that can present a challenge to emergency personnel.
To help them communicate with the city's diverse population, the Grand Island Fire Department has acquired two Enabling Language Services Anywhere devices.
