NORFOLK, Neb. — Rotary Clubs in Madison, Colfax and Platte Counties are making immigrants’ long road to citizenship a shorter, less cumbersome route.
On April 23 the clubs are offering information and financial assistance to 28 immigrants in several cities who have been chosen for a new program.
