Nebraska organic inspector wants lawsuit dismissed

Editor's note: In a Jan. 15 story about a libel lawsuit against an organic food inspector, The Associated Press made several errors. The person whose organic certification license was revoked was farmer Paul Rosberg, not inspector Evrett Lunquist. Also, Lunquist was erroneously referred to as a former inspector, but he is still an inspector. Lastly, the AP reported that Lunquist planned to file an appeal for a summary judgment. He was planning to request a summary judgment.

The corrected version of the story is below, posted at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013:
