ROSALIE — The Omaha and Ponca Tribes of Nebraska met with an Oklahoma tribe in a ceremony that tribal leaders say is the first such gathering in 50 years.
Leaders from the Omaha Tribe in Macy, Neb., the Ponca Tribe in Niobrara, Neb., and the Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Red Rock, Okla., met Saturday in Rosalie, in eastern Nebraska.
