YORK, Neb. — Anthony Ackerman, 37, of Benedict pleaded no contest in a case in which he is charged with fourth-offense driving under the influence and driving during a 15-year license revocation — both felonies.
Deputy York County Attorney Benjamin Dennis said Ackerman’s record shows a DUI conviction in 2010 and two in 2007.
