Nebraska lawmakers urge Obama, Clinton to approve Keystone XL pipeline

WASHINGTON — Nebraska’s entire congressional delegation, all Republicans, urged President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton this week to quickly approve the Keystone XL pipeline.
Gov. Dave Heineman, a Republican, just signed off on the controversial project, saying it poses little environmental risk.
