Nebraska and Iowa are among the worst states in enacting safer driving laws, according to a report to be released today by a highway safety group.
In its “Roadmap to State Highway Safety Laws,” the Washington, D.C.-based Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety gave both states a “danger” rating for the second straight year. They were in a group of 11 states ranked the most dangerous for driving.
