Mother of slain 5-year-old says she's at peace: 'There is no anger'

Two weeks after her little girl was killed by a stray bullet while sitting at the breakfast table, Tabatha Manning says she's at peace.
“There is no anger,” Manning said Wednesday, hours after authorities filed charges in the Jan. 15 slaying. “That would hold me back from doing what I need to do for my other children.”
