LINCOLN — Proponents aren’t ready to pronounce the death of a bill to expand Medicaid in Nebraska, but it appeared to be in critical condition Wednesday.
Speaker of the Legislature Greg Adams of York pulled the bill from the agenda after supporters were unable to muster the 33 votes to end a filibuster.
