LINCOLN — A bill that would apply Sunshine Law requirements to the Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority appears dead for the year.
Legislative Bill 778 would have required members of the quasi-governmental MECA board of directors to follow conflict of interest laws and open meetings and records requirements.
