Republican lawyer Sam Clark said Tuesday that he would run for the Douglas County Board seat that represents parts of Ralston, midtown and southwest Omaha.
Clark, who ran a title services company with his wife, said he intended to file for the seat now held by Democrat Pam Tusa, who is in her second term as the District 2 board member.
