Korean War Honor Flight goes off with only one hitch
"I hated to miss it," Robert Wordekemper said of Tuesday's Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., after a fall prevented him from going. "But I'm on the mend now," said the 86-year-old retired grocer and beekeeper.

When 461 soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines shipped out on a Korean War Honor Flight from Nebraska to the nation's capital last week, Wordekemper, 86, was on his back at Bergan Mercy Medical Center in Omaha.
