KEARNEY, Neb. — A Kearney man faces prison for hitting a woman with a belt because he believed she cheated on him.
Ezan Kacou, 29, pleaded no contest Wednesday in Buffalo County District Court to felony domestic second-degree assault. Sentencing will be in July.Kacou faces up to five years in prison and a fine. He remains free on bail.
