GLENWOOD, Iowa — Lawyers for suspended Glenwood High School Principal Kerry Newman and the district have chosen the adjudicator who will help decide whether Newman will return to work.
Kathy Collins Reilly, an adjunct professor at the Drake University Law School and a longtime administrative law judge with the Iowa Department of Education, will oversee a public hearing.
