An Omaha police officer was ordered Friday to answer prosecutors’ questions about the arrests of three brothers that resulted in criminal charges against one of her colleagues.
Judge Peter Bataillon’s order means that Officer Dyea L. Rowland must cooperate with prosecutors in the evidence-tampering case against former Officer James Kinsella.
