OSCEOLA, Iowa (AP) — Executives of a southern Iowa casino have asked a judge to keep court filings and a hearing in a sexual harassment lawsuit closed to the public, which law experts say would be unusual for a civil rights case.

The hearing involving the executives of Lakeside Casino in Osceola is scheduled for today, the Des Moines Register reported. Judge John Lloyd has granted a motion to temporarily seal the court records, and he is expected to rule at the hearing whether to keep the records permanently sealed. He'll also likely determine at the start of the hearing whether it should be public.
