Imogene, Iowa, trucker gets prison for sexually abusing girl

COUNCIL BLUFFS — An Imogene trucker has been sentenced to more than 17 years in prison for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.

Tony Lee Stogdill, 46, of Imogene, was sentenced last week in U.S. District Court in Council Bluffs on the charge of interstate transportation of a person under 18 years of age for the purpose of engaging in criminal sexual activity, U.S. Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt announced. U.S. District Court Judge John A. Jarvey sentenced Stogdill to 210 months in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release.
