I-77 reopens following pileup at Va.-NC line

GALAX, Va. (AP) - Virginia State Police on Monday identified the three victims of a chain-reaction crash involving nearly 100 vehicles along a mountainous, foggy stretch of Interstate 77.
The victims were identified as William M. Sosebee, 33, of Allen, Ky.; Kathern Worley, 71, of Iron Station, N.C.; and Andrew Katbi, 24, of Delphos, Ohio.
