Light snow is possible this afternoon, which normally wouldn't be a big deal. But unusually strong winds are forecast across the region, so drivers could intermittently have difficulty with visibility later today.
In the Omaha area, northwest winds are expected in the 20-mph to 30-mph range today, with gusts up to 40 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
