HERMAN, Neb. — In Burt County, results of the contentious Republican primary elections for governor and U.S. Senate can wait.
The big issue in the northeast Nebraska county is how patrons of the Tekamah-Herman school district are voting this week in an informal survey on building options that could shake up the elementary and secondary school landscape across the county.
