The Douglas County Health Department announced Tuesday morning that it planned to ticket and close more than 20 food and drink businesses that were more than two months late in paying their annual licensing fees.
By Tuesday afternoon, seven of the businesses had paid, said Adi Pour, Douglas County Health Director.
