GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — A Grand Island man charged in a fatal crash waived his preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon.
Hermino Alamilla Jr., 30, is charged with felony motor vehicle homicide, refusal to submit to a test, obstructing a police officer and being a habitual criminal. The charges were filed after an Aug. 19 crash on Highway 281 that killed Jerry Ramirez, 29.
