LINCOLN — Gov. Dave Heineman didn’t get the state income tax cuts he wanted during the 2014 session of the Nebraska Legislature, but on Wednesday he proclaimed it a “very good year for Nebraska taxpayers.”
State lawmakers advanced a tax relief package that added up to $412million over five years.
