Holiday home tour: In Council Bluffs, five historic neighborhoods, B’nai Israel Synagogue and City Hall will be featured from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today on the annual Historic Homes for the Holidays Tour sponsored by Preserve Council Bluffs. Homes on the tour are at 304 Willow St., 223 Park Ave., 254 Fletcher Ave., 208 Fifth Ave. and 130 Elmwood Drive. The synagogue is at 618 Mynster St. and City Hall is at 209 Pearl St. The Bluffs Arts Council will serve refreshments at City Hall, with live music by pianist Steve Beck. Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased at any of the locations on the tour. Proceeds will benefit Preserve Council Bluffs.
