Fremont now enforcing ordinance aimed at illegal immigrants
Information, instructions and occupancy licenses for Fremont's new housing ordinance are available at the records room at Fremont Police headquarters beginning today.

FREMONT, Neb. — After six years of sound and fury, a local law quietly has taken its place on the front lines of national skirmishes over illegal immigration.
Fremont police issued the first occupancy licenses Thursday required under this community's controversial immigration ordinance.
