COUNCIL BLUFFS — The City Council on Monday will consider a recommendation for fees for events and activities at the Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park developed by the Council Bluffs Parks Department.
“We have fees for using Bayliss Park if you have, for example, a reserved wedding or family reunion,” said Parks Director Larry Foster. “This would be consistent with that.”
