The family of a 16-year-old girl who was shot outside a gas station hopes police will arrest the shooter so they can stop living in fear.
LaShana Westbrook, a junior at Northwest High School, was sitting in a parked car with friends Tuesday when she was shot in the chest outside a convenience store near 72nd Street and Military and Ames Avenues.
