'Everything else could be replaced': Victim of UNO fire gets new South High diploma

A World-Herald photo of a college student holding her water-damaged high school diploma last month sent a torrent of sympathy through the city.
“My phone and email rang off the hook that day with people, strangers even, saying, 'Look, lady, you've got to do something about replacing that diploma,'” said South High Principal Cara Riggs.
