After a year of working with individual donors and a few test parishes, the Archdiocese of Omaha is launching the public phase of a new fundraising campaign.
The goal is $40 million donated or pledged by the end of this year. More than half — some $23million — would go to support Catholic education throughout the 23 counties the archdiocese covers in northeast Nebraska.
