DONNELLSON — A southeast Iowa man has been charged with livestock neglect after more than two dozen horses were found without proper food or shelter.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday charged 55-year-old Jeffrey L. Graber of Donnellson with livestock neglect leading to death, improper disposal of a dead animal and two counts of livestock neglect. All are misdemeanors. — AP
