LINCOLN — Nebraska’s statewide smoking ban will soon mark its fifth year on the books. The state Supreme Court now decides if it should see a sixth.
The court heard oral arguments Wednesday in response to a pair of lower court rulings that upheld the overall ban but struck down exemptions for cigar bars, tobacco shops and motels.
