Convicted murderer granted access to autopsy evidence

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. — A Scotts Bluff County District Court judge granted a motion Thursday by a former Scottsbluff man for access to autopsy records of his alleged victims.

District Judge Randall Lippstreu sustained a motion by Jeff Boppre, 50, for access to autopsy records of Richard Valdez and Sharon Condon. Boppre is serving a life sentence in the 1988 killings of Valdez, 25, and Condon, 19, who was pregnant when she died.
