Three months after the closure of a resource center for Omaha’s neighborhoods, the city is organizing a new effort to analyze neighborhoods’ needs.
Mayor Jim Suttle, along with other city officials and leaders of several neighborhood groups, announced Thursday that they will begin a “neighborhood needs assessment” process that will include surveys and community meetings.
