The developer of a hotel, retail and office complex in Omaha's north downtown has cleared a major hurdle with the city.
Tuesday, the Omaha City Council unanimously approved a rezoning and the redevelopment plan for the long-delayed project at 10th Street and Capitol Avenue. The project calls for a full-service Marriott hotel, a 250-unit apartment building, offices, shops, restaurants and a large outdoor plaza.
