A member Omaha's charter review committee is proposing a revision he says would help protect residents' religious beliefs.
Steve Grasz, a former chief deputy Nebraska attorney general and the former legal counsel for the Nebraska Republican Party, finished drafting the proposed amendment just before the charter convention's final meeting today.
